In  the next  20 days Rwanda  will host the world at the RWANDA INTERNATIONAL TOURISM FAIR 2015 Scheduled on 14th -16th August 2015  at Expo Grounds in Kigali, Rwanda

The three-day event will showcase over 20 national pavilions and exhibitor booths of popular, new and emerging tourism brands , destinations, attractions, travel-related products and services that would offer affordable airline tickets, tour packages and discounted hotel accommodations

 
   

INTERNATIONAL TOURISM FORUM

A series of B2B (Business to Business) encounters, which favour trade partnerships through working agendas, with pre-established appointments according to participants’ explicit interests.

Tourism bodies and association, exhibitors and co-exhibitors who are interested in promoting their products worldwide and who will meet with nearly 200 rigorously selected international hosted buyers (tour operators and travel agencies).

The forum will be attended by key governmenttourismmanagers ,associationand international buyers.

TRANSPORTATION OF DISPLAY ITEMS FOR THE SHOW FROM EAST AFRICA COUNTRIES

Exhibitors from East Africa who wish to make presentation and display to the visitors will facilitated you with border pass which  enable you to get clearance at the borders two borders and you will be exempted from duties for item for display.the trucks however can be inspected by authorities.
